Abstract

Perceived stress is the feelings or thoughts that an individual has about how much stress they are under over a given time period. Perceived stress in students of all health profession is a growing problem worldwide. Psychological well-being refers to the extent to which people feel that they have meaningful control over their life and their activities.

To correlate perceived stress & psychological well-being in post graduate physiotherapy students.

A cross sectional study was done in which 39 participants were selected by convenient sampling whose age ranges from 18 -30 years, both genders were included in the study.

Data analysis was done using SPSS. Spearman correlation values was -0.47 for perceived stress and psychological well-being.

It was concluded that negative correlation exist between perceived stress and psychological well-being in postgraduate in physiotherapy students.
