Abstract

During technical visits, a vetiform deposit was found, with veins parallel to the Anita Vein, including the Daniela and Copper Veins. Vertical zoning was observed with areas of leaching, oxidation, supergenye or transition enrichment, and primary mineralization from the surface down. High-law zones, called “Nails (ore shoots)” were also identified as crucial for production. These Nails (ore shoots), have a variety of theoretical and non-theoretical minerals that are identified at the mining sites, these being the Nails (ore shoots). This study proposes the percentage calculation of limonite, a non-theoretical mineral present in the mine, based on samples obtained in the field, this being in the hypogenic zone. The area is characterized by the absence of this mineral, so its presence in the Nails (ore shoots) and expansion of areas far from them are identified.
