In the present paper we propose the q variant of certain Szász-Mirakyan-Beta operators [8]. We apply q-derivatives, and q-Beta functions to obtain the moments of the q-Szász-Mirakyan-Beta operators. We also estimate the approximation properties of these operators and establish some convergence results.
