In this paper we study a single server finite capacity Markovian feedback queuing system with reverse balking, reverse reneging, and retention of reneged customers. The steady-state solution of the model is derived and the important measures of performance are obtained. Economic analysis of the model is performed by a developing cost model. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the model is carried out with respect to its parameters.
