This paper discussed various types of electronic information resources used by the patrons at NMIMS, Hyderabad. This paper reveals the awareness level, usage, purposes, frequency, issues, benefits, and search techniques while accessing the electronic information resources. The study was conducted through a structured online questionnaire due to the nationwide lockdown for the unpredicted COVID19 outbreak in the country. The online survey was mailed among 150 patrons which include students, faculty, and non-teaching staff of NMIMS, Hyderabad. Out of 150, the 120 dully filled in responses were received with an overall response rate of 80%. The study concludes that the majority of the users are aware of various types of EIR's, and these resources have made a potential impact on the academic activates of the users in the said institution.
