This study is about best practices of Google apps usage for online learning at Avalon World School Dabhoi during the Covid-19 outbreak. The covid-19 pandemic has changed the view of education all over the world. It has been around two month's nationwide lockdown to save people from Covid-19 infection from 25th March 2020 to 31st May 2020. Gradually, the Government of India is following a phase-wise unlocking of activities and the outcome showed a well-managed infection rate. Unfortunately, the second wave of coronavirus is more deadly than the first due to a lack of coordination between various health organizations and the Indian government. In 2021 India became the third leading country based on the cases discovered after the United States and Brazil. Students and parents had hoped that school will reopen in 2020, around three or four months, but Covid-19 has crushed those hopes in 2021 as well. In this situation, educators are facing challenges to deliver classes to the students for continuous education in online learning. This paper mainly focuses on the Google application and how it can be useful in online learning mode. Google apps are played a crucial role in online learning because of their easy-to-use features and secure platform for learning, collaboration, and communication.
