The study presents the trends in authorship pattern and author's collaborative research in IEEE Journal of Translational Engineering in Health and Medicine with a sample of 1599 journal citations collected during the period 2013–2021. The average number of authors per citation is 1.8. In the study, the degree of collaboration (C) during the overall 9 years (2013–2021) is 3.8 and the study found that in IEEE Journal of Translational Engineering in Health and Medicine multi-authored articles are high and predominant on single authorship.
