The paper gives a reflection on the research contribution of PGIMS, Rohtak (India) from 2017 to 2021 using contents from the Scopus database. It shows the research contribution made by the medical scholars of the institute, highly prolific authors, International collaborations, and top sources preferred for publishing papers during the Penta-year period. The study finds that the research contribution of PGIMSR during five years was 849 publications; Maximum productivity was marked in the years 2017 and 2021; the Highest publications were contributed in the source 'Indian Journal of Critical Care Medicine (34 papers); the Highest collaboration was made with USA in the publication of research papers (38 papers); Highest contribution was made by Kaushik, J.S (41 Papers) followed by Sen, R (38 papers).
