The study elicited about the utility of various digital resources and services among the intellectual community of Vikram University, Ujjain and understands the satisfaction of the intellectual community. Forthis aim; the well-structured questionnaire used as a tool for the data collection and collected data were analyzed using descriptive methods of analysis. More than 390 questionnaires distributed among the end users and 93% end users effective responses. The study interpreted that library and information Centre of above university provide the quality library resources and services to the end users in the optimum time and place at the least cost which is the prime objectives of library profession. Some valuable suggestion and the recommendation has been elaborated which were given by respondents of the study.
