The present study attempted to examine the research scholars' awareness level towards academic integrity using determining different related aspects such as the number of publications, knowledge about various types of journals, academic footprints, and awareness of plagiarism, knowledge of citation and reference styles. The study found significant results which indicate a positive attitude toward academic integrity among research scholars. The results also reveal that most of the respondents perceived plagiarism as an unethical practice and that committing plagiarism is against their academic ethics.
