Sentiment analysis on review of web technology mobile app Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya: A study

Abstract

This study examines how many users use this app and give reviewers comments, good or bad. Sentiment analysis investigation about the reviewer's commitments and feedback. This study uses the Open access Appbot website methodology, which uses different parameters like Total Reviews, average stars, Stars Breakdown, Sentiment Breakdown, Review by language, etc. It found that the Total number of reviews on Rashtriya Pustakalaya in the Play Store application 424 reviews on Mobile Apps Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya application got a 4.2 rating in the Play Store, a 5-star rating given by 254 people, which means that this app is the most popular among users. 4-star rating 84 people. 3-star rating given by 33 users. 2-star rating given by 12 users. Forty-one users gave a 1-star rating. Three hundred forty-six responses are positive views, 26 responses are Neutral, 15 Responses are mixed, and 37 responses are negative. Sentiment analysis is necessary for customers’ emotions, reviews, feedback, etc.. This study is beneficial for users and Learners. The users quickly find out how much the Rashtriya e-Pustakalaya application is helpful from the users’ perspective.
