This study analyzes the websites of the top 5 NIRF-ranked libraries from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in 2024. Libraries are essential for these rankings, providing resources, research support, and digital repositories. Libraries play a crucial role in academic success, and their websites reflect the quality and accessibility of their services. The study uses a checklist to evaluate various aspects of these websites, including their ease of use, accessibility, navigation, design, collection details, and digital services. While all the libraries offer essential services like circulation and acquisition, they can improve in areas like using Web 2.0 tools, making their websites available in multiple languages, and integrating advanced technology.
