Citation analysis is one of the most crucial techniques of metrics studies in library and information science for the identification of core sources of information in the universe of knowledge. The current study is based on eight hundred ninety-one journal citations of doctoral theses awarded by the University of Delhi during 2007-2016. The main purpose is to map and measure academic publishing trends in commerce and financial studies separately.
