The rapid transformation of library environments in the digital age has led to the emergence of smart library services that emphasize user-centric, technology- supported, and efficient information delivery systems. The present study aims to examine how users perceive and interact with the evolving services of library. The present study explores the level of awareness, usage patterns, satisfaction, and engagement of students with the available library services. In the context of this research, smart library services are broadly understood as a combination of traditional services and communication technologies, user-friendly practices, and innovative service approaches aimed at improving accessibility and user experience. A descriptive survey method was employed to collect data through a structured questionnaire distributed among library users. The findings reveal that while users show a positive attitude towards library resources and services, there is a growing expectation for more technology-enabled services. User satisfaction is influenced by factors such as ease of access, availability of relevant materials, staff support, and the overall library environment.
