Use of E-journals and CD-ROM Databases by Fraternity of CCSHAU, Hisar, India

The present study attempts to highlight the present status of awareness and use of E-journals and CDROM database service among the faculty of Choudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University. Information or data from faculty was collected through the well structured questionnaires cum interview method. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed among the random sample of faculty members of selected disciplines of College of Agriculture. Out of 100 questionnaires, a total of 70 questionnaires were collected. Lastly, on the basis of the analysis and interpretation of data, the paper provides some important findings regarding the awareness and use of E-journals and CDROM database service.
