Abstract

The present paper is based on the exchange arrangements of journals in some selected institutes of India. This paper illustrates the meaning of exchange and methods of acquiring journals under exchange arrangement. This paper explores the advantages of exchange agreement for the institutions and scholars etc. The exchange arrangement for information resources is not only an economic device; it is also helpful in the dissemination of research.
