Usages of ICT Products and Services: A Case Study of Adesh Institute of Engineering & Technology, Faridkot (Punjab)

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) products and services by the students and staff of Adesh Institute of Engineering & Technology, Faridkot (Punjab). The present study demonstrates and elaborates the Usages of ICT products and services such as how they search the information from library, are they satisfied with the online services provided by the library? Paper also discusses the problems faced by the users and suggestions have been given to make the library services more effective and efficient to cater the information needs of the users.
