Abstract

The basic objective of the present paper is to evaluate the library performance of RYM Engineering College, Bellary in light of the balanced score card four perspectives. The availability of data in library is providing a basis for study of the library management in RYM Engineering College, Bellary. The data from the library source enabled to develop the library score card with a generic set of key performance indicators, which is used as a tool for evaluating the performance of Library. Gap theory method is adopted to identify the performance gap. SPSS Software and Scattered diagram is used to know the correlation in every perspective of score card. The results of the research show that: there is a strong, direct and significant positive relation in every perspective of the score card.
