This paper describes the importance of information use pattern and dependency level on e-resources by faculty members of various engineering colleges in Bangalore region under Visvesavraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka. The study analyzes the information use pattern and dependency level of faculty members and their satisfaction level on e-resources in terms of facility being provided by the Libraries in the specified region and usage rate, ultimate methods that they access the e-resources for academic and research activities.
