To check that measurement library has to conduct a user survey with their expectation of requirement and based on service given by library. This paper presents the analysis of a user survey conducted in Bharatesh Education Trust's Global Business School's (BETGBS) Karmaveer Dr. Bhaurao Patil Library. A combination of exploratory and descriptive research design is used for conducting this study.
