Accessing Internet Usage for Education and Learning by Dental vs Technical Students

This study paper gives a brief introduction about Internet. This paper tried to compare the use of Internet by students of Dental College and Technical College of Haryana. The questionnaire method was used to collect data from the students of both the colleges. It was found that the internet is used mostly for education and communication. It has been found that the use of internet is more by technical college students as compared to dental College students and the purpose of maximum usage is education by both, the common location for internet use by dental students is home but by technical students is college and even daily usage was also found more by technical students and the reason might be computer application and internet services is a part of curriculum of technical college students and internet facilities are available in each and every technical college.
