Revolution in technology has paved libraries to expand their offerings beyond traditional library services to online library resources and services also the traditional information retrieval methods to new online retrieval strategies. Present paper attempts to know the availability, usage and problems in usage of OPAC at BKSN Library of Punjabi University, Patiala, and encourage library authorities for using the most up-to-date technologies in order to improve library services, to make them really available for everyone, and to make library more flexible, network cooperationoriented organisation, ready to compete even in business environment.
