Abstract

In the present era, everyone is talking about Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) due to their immense features and opportunities, as well as their deeper impact on online learning environments in every field. Hence, MOOCs are rapidly gaining popularity in library and information science domain, resultant, various studies were carried out on Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and Library and Information Science (LIS) profession issues. Thus, this study presents a review of selected literature found in MOOCs and LIS domain. This study will be helpful towards getting literature available on MOOCs and LIS domain at a glance for different purposes.
