Abstract

In the current world situation without information of the engineering, science and technology, our daily life will not fulfill completely. Information can be extracted from several sources. Engineering college libraries function as a centre for providing the updated technological information to the engineering aspirants. Assessment of the engineering college libraries and knowledge services are the key considerations and necessary part of the library and information science professionals. User studies are to be recognized as a very important part of the data correspondence. Engineering college library centers need to be responsive of their user's information requirements as well as their information need and knowledge retrieving strategies, so that they may be able to give best services. The current case study is of the library services and its users in ACS College of Engineering, Bangalore. This case study assessment can be useful for many aspects of library use, together with regularity of visiting the library, user fulfillment from library services. This case study additionally covers the utilization of system based services within the library. Some suggestions also provided on the premise of study for enhancing the user satisfaction level.
