Abstract

The latest technological developments in ICT, Digitization, telecommunications, computer, and reprography have facilitated the greater use of the Information resources and services in the Library and information centre of an Institution. The authors have undertaken a study on the use of Library resources and services by the students of aided minority Christian autonomous degree colleges of Bengaluru. The Authors finally conclude that if the institutions of higher Academic learning need to realize its full potentials, then there should be a revolutionary transformation with respect to the use of library resources and services by its users of library and information centre of that institution since the ultimate aim of the library and Information centre is to bring all its target users to library and ensure its optimum usage.
