Acceptance of ICT Based Information Resources among Library Users’ of NIT Kurukshetra

This article is based on a study to investigate the awareness and use of ICT based information resources among library users’ of National institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. A questionnaire based survey was conducted to collect the data. The article investigates the preference of users’ in terms of format, awareness and frequency of use of ICT based information resources available at NIT Kurukshetra. The study also assessed satisfaction level of users with regard to digital products. The study concluded that though users were using the digital collection on a partial basis yet library users required awareness programs for effective and optimum use of existing resources.
