WhatsApp is a messaging app is used for sending or receiving messages. This study was undertaken to analyse the use of WhatsApp messenger for academic information dissemination by Arts, Commerce and Science college students in the western region of Mumbai. Various aspects such as faculty-wise, gender-wise distribution was taken into consideration to conduct the study. Survey methodology was used to conduct the survey.
