In the present work, the bibliometric analysis has been done of the proceedings of the promotion of library automation and networking in North-Eastern Region (Planner) for the span of 2006–2016. For this study data was extracted from the INFLIBNET website and was compiled and analyzed using bibliometrics techniques to find the trends of authors, average number of citation, institution contribution, state wise contribution the pattern of keywords.
