Users ’Perception towards the Facilities, Resources and Services with Reference of the Selected Newspapers Media Libraries of Karnataka State (India)

Effective library management leads to produce efficient, accurate and enhanced service to their users. Today's advanced technology trends redefined library terms and are refining digitalization of information resources for quick and effective enhanced services. The purpose of this paper is to describe the findings of a survey about users ’perceptions of services given by library professionals regarding digital resources management with reference of the selected media libraries of Karnataka state (India). The primary objective of the survey was to obtain feedback from users on their perceptions of digital library services and to insist suggestions for efficient and timely service.
