The paper examines the world publications output in social cloud research on a series of bibliometric indicators, deriving data from Scopus international database. The world has published 469 research publications in this field in 10 years during 200918 registering (36.28%) average annual growth rate and high citation impact of (9.81%) citations per paper. The paper presents a profile of the top 10 most productive countries, 10 most productive organizations and 10 most productive authors on a series of quantitative and qualitative indicators in social cloud research. The paper also identifies the top 10 most productive journals and presents the bibliographical characteristics of top 11 highly cited papers in this area.
