Low power logarithmic amplifier using single current differencing buffered amplifier (CDBA) is presented. It works at 0.75V and consumes low power of the range of 750μW. It works over wide range of input current. Its PSPICE simulations confirm logarithmic behavior of the proposed circuit and wide operating range of input current.
