EPC: An Innovative Tool for Mega Project Construction

It is undoubtedly true that the adoption of an appropriate project delivery method is positively related to the success of any construction project. As the construction industry expands rapidly, the need for a variety of contracting models increases simultaneously. Taking into account the dynamic nature of mega projects, more flexible & effective project delivery method is needed. So, as a method of project delivery, the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) approach accounts for an increasing proportion of mega project construction.
