The proliferation of modern electronically controlled, directed, and commanded weapons has caused a rapid expansion in the field of science which is generally called electronic warfare (EW). The basic concept of EW is to exploit the enemy's electromagnetic emissions in all parts of the electromagnetic spectrum in order to provide intelligence on the enemy's order of battle (ORBTA), intentions, and capabilities. This paper introduce electronic order of battle (EOB) and it's features and explain what does it mean by steganography and how to use it not only in EOBs storage management but also to secure the EOB and concentrate it to be used by only the concerned commanders and headquarters in simply, easy, accurate and secured way. Paper will explain deeply proposed software using steganography to hid a lot of EOBs in one base map and how can each commander retrieve his own EOB. Headquarters can retrieve any EOBs from the same base map. Some code will be highlighted and included in the paper.
