Abstract

In this paper we study to model the queue system with batch arrival. The arrival and service rates both are considered fuzzy in nature. The performance measures of the model have been analysed in triangular fuzzy numbers. α – cut and Zadeh extension principle has been applied to transfer the fuzzy queue measures into crisp measures. The numerical example has been given to deduce the efficiency of the model.
