Abstract

In today’s globalized world, one in every of the good challenges moon-faced by corporations is integration of CSR in business. Stakeholders need plenty a lot of from corporations than simply following growth and profit. CSR has come back an extended approach in India and alternative rising markets. From responsive activities to property initiatives, corporates have clearly exhibited their ability to form a big distinction within the society and improve the general quality of life. This paper focuses on the thought of CSR, its dimensions and relevancy in rising markets with special respect to India. The thought of company Social Responsibility (CSR) isn’t new in India. It emerged from the ‘Vedic period’ once history wasn’t recorded in India. therein amount.
