It is understood that medical students are often faced with problems in their medical school. Stress is the sensation generated by the response of an individual to the real events. It scares or upsets you. The tension of individuals in relation to incidents that threatens them is a mixture of the social, physiological and compartmental reactions. For meeting the major objectives Primary data was collected through structured questionnaire from 200 preclinical medical students from the Hyderabad city and it was tested by ANOVAs, Correlation and Multiple Regression analysis by using SPSS 20.0 Version. The results analysis indicates that gender had a statistical correlation with perceived stress, where as age did not had any statistical difference with perceived stress factors. Perceived stress factors had a statistical correlation with stress causing factors among pre-clinical medical students.
