Abstract

JAM is the acronym for Just A Minute. It is the most preferred these days in campus recruitment programs, as a candidate can be assessed in a very short time, the probability of success of the candidate in the interview is decisively dependent on his/her performance in a JAM. Companies prefer one-to-one JAM sessions before or along with the interview to test Spoken English, Communication skills and General awareness of the candidate.
