Abstract

Microfinance is a variety of financial services target low income clients. Since the clients of microfinance institutions MFIs have lower incomes and often have limited access to other financial monetary amounts than traditional financial services. This service includes loans, insurance and remittance. Microfinance established in the year 2007. Micro finance jobs have evolved into full services recruitment organization offering on lines and off lines services for individual and organizations in the global microfinance sector. Microfinance institutions currently operate in over 100 countries, serving more than 92million clients (copy right 2015 microfinance exchange, MCMIX market).
