Abstract

One form of evolution of trade pattern is the Online Market which developed with the development of the technology and Internet. The Internet enables the consumers to search, compare and purchase a product without involving them to go to the actual store to buy that product. But the factors influencing the consumer's purchase pattern in Online Market majorly depends on the Information available about the product on the Internet, the Price comparison, Reviews etc. hence this paper discusses about the satisfaction of the choice based consumers on the information provided about a product in Online Market. The advent of technology and Internet has paved the way for the drastic growth of online shopping. The availability of smart phones nearly in every person has attracted many into the field of online shopping. The paper aims to study the satisfactory level of the choice based consumers over the product range offered in the online shopping.

Aim-to study the satisfactory level of the choice based consumers over the product range offered in the online shopping.

Materials and Methods-the paper is done with a sampling size of 1442 respondents collected through Convenient and Probability Sampling Method.

Results-there exists a significant association between the gender and satisfaction on the availability of information on the products of online shopping and also there exists a significant relationship between the availability of information and reduction of prices.

Conclusion-thus the study has concluded that the consumers are satisfied with the information provided about the products in the online shopping market.
