Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to understand and analyze the perception of people who have taken up Zumba as a mode of fitness and those employees who have enrolled themselves in such fitness programs in their workplaces and the degree of impact it has own their performance at work/studies. The data for this descriptive case study was collected by rolling out a questionnaire to a total of 200 respondents on the whole. Another source of data was collected from articles that measured the effectiveness of Zumba on people and how it improved their health as well as social activities. This data has been analyzed using co relational method and basic multiple regression analysis and written a in case study format. The results show that Zumba has physiological, social and emotional benefits, reduced absenteeism, better results in work/studies etc.
