Abstract

The Management styles are the standard sequence of procedures that managers performto manage the situation. The management styles are practiced to achieve pre-set goals in the organization. India is a deeplystructuredcountry and this, surely, influences the managers. This research work is trying to get a deep focus and analysis of management stylepracticed in India and to decide the deployment of the same in anorganization.

The Secondary data collected through direct observations of different work background leaders in India & their management styles for the deep analysis.

Findings showed based on secondary data analysis that mainly two significant management styles exist in India. Based on findings, I proposed a name to these two management styles model in the context of Indian organizations as ‘Ram-Krishna Theory of Management Style ’.
