The effect of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza (Glomus fasciculatum) and phosphate solubilizing bacteria (Bacillus megaterium var. phosphaticum) on yield of soybean, nutrients uptake by plants and phosphorus balance in soil was studied under field conditions. The co-inoculation of VAM along with PSB significantly improved nodulation, seed yield, mineral uptake and available P in soil.
