The paper provides an overview of online shopping towards the grocery. At the present, online marketing and online business are playing a very important role in our country's GDP. For the purpose of the study, primary data have been used. Researchers have selected four developed city of India. Every person has Internet and most of them do online shopping. However, if we discuss about online grocery shopping, then only 45% people are shopping online grocery. A total of 55% people are shopping offline grocery through their favourite store as dog goodwill, because they have no trust on freshness of foods in online grocery shopping. If such stores are providing online grocery facilities then percentage of online grocery shopping users will increase. In all, 50% people are doing payment through online, whereas only 33.33% people prefer cash on delivery. Every person have Internet and every person doing online shopping while if talk about online grocery shopping than only few peoples are shopping online grocery because of they have no trust on freshness of foods. 55% peoples are shopping offline grocery through favourite store as dog goodwill. If such stores are providing online grocery facilities than percentage of online grocery shopping users will be increase.
