The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Astra International, Tbk. Manado City. The sample set in this study was 50 people. For each item of the questionnaire statement had been tested for its validity and reliability. Based on the determination coefficient test, it showed that leadership had an effect on employee performance by 81.5%. Based on the hypothesis test, it was found that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.005 which was lower than the significance level of 0.05.
