Abstract

This study intends to elaborate career decisions of senior secondary school students with respect to their self efficacy. The sample of the study is 12th grade students were involved in research located in the Bathinda, Barnala, Jalandhar and Amritsar districts of Punjab. The Career Decision-Making Questionnaire (developed by researcher) and Self Efficacy scale by Muris were administered to collect data. The findings indicate career decisionmaking and self-efficacy are positively correlated. It means that with increase in selfefficacy, there were increased in career decision-making .This study contributes to practitioners working in the field of career for theory or application and also for the parents and teachers.
