To study the derivations which satisfy certain differential identities on the general derivation of the prime ring. If a derivation exists as d: R→R where F (a, b) = F(a) b + a d(b)holds for all a, b ∈ R. Here in this paper, we have proved that V ⊆ Z (R) or d = 0, for all x ∈ I. Then, d(x) = λ [x, a], for all a ∈ Z. or x ∈ I.
