In developed countries, state and corporate structures finance their activities with a limited range of resources, mainly through their own funds, shares, bank loans, leasing in stock markets. This article examines and analyzes the problems in attracting foreign capital, such as the fact that commercial banks have not yet organized the international circulation of shares, the practice of public offering of shares on international stock exchanges, the circulation of Eurobonds is relatively narrow.
