This article examines the specifics of improving long-term financing through stocks and the role and importance of joint stock companies. It also provides feedback from foreign and local scientists who have conducted research on the organization of long-term financing through stocks, and based on the experience of foreign countries, conclusions and recommendations for longterm financing of joint stock companies in our country.
