Abstract

According to Wikipedia, Consumer behavior is the study of individuals, groups, or organizations and all the activities associated with the purchase, use and disposal of goods and services. It consists of how the consumer's emotions, attitudes and preferences affect buying behaviour. When it comes to street food industry, it is a major source of employment or income for undereducated people. During pandemic we have seen a lot of changes undergoing because of the nature of the Covid 19 disease. In this paper the possible factors affecting consumer buying behaviour when it comes to street food are explored in light of recent ongoing pandemic. Also based on the analysis a possible model for street food owners is proposed.
