Guided filtering with visibility restoration

The image may be corrupted by random variations in intensity, variations in illumination, poor contrast that must be dealt with in the early stages of vision processing. Edgepreserving smoothing is an image processing technique that smooth away textures whilst retaining sharp edges. In this research work we design and implement guided image filter to reduce noise from images. A new technique will be proposed that will integrate the guided image filter with visibility restoration technique.
